    Clifton Hardy, CEO & Co-Founder

    Clifton Hardy is native of North Carolina, and holds a Bachelor of Science Health degree. He is passionate about students and has extensive years of experience in the mental health field. He gained his passion while mentoring and educating students while in the mental health field. Clifton has over a decade of experience in special education and understands the need to have compassionate leaders that make a difference in the lives of students. Clifton and Regina birthed the vision of All Abroad Teaching, LLC.

    Regina Cox-Gadalla, President & Co-Founder

    Regina Cox-Gadalla is a native of Baltimore, MD and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Reading (K-12). After completing her post-secondary education, Regina went on to teach in the Seventh-Day-Adventist private school system in Washington D.C. and Delray Beach, FL. She then decided to teach in the public school system and worked in different regions including Fort Lauderdale, FL and College Park, GA.
    Regina has an immense passion for teaching, traveling and expanding her circle of influence, which resulted in her desire to teach abroad, leading her to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates government schools. She also had the opportunity to travel and enjoy the sights and sounds of India, Egypt, Greece, Thailand, Qatar, Dubai, Ireland and England. In April of 2022, Regina partnered with Clifton to establish All Abroad Teaching, LLC.

    Brandon Rhone, Chief Financial Officer

    Brandon Rhone is a Baltimore native with a financial aid background. He consciously strives to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and members of the learning community when educating others about financial aid. Brandon currently provides information pertaining to both federal and state aid, tuition assistance, scholarships and payment plan options.

    Sharon Petty, Director of Operations

    Sharon Petty is a seasoned administrative professional currently working with Baltimore County Public Schools where she provides administrative support for the Department of Human Resources, Administration and Compliance. Prior to working with the school system, she served as the Assisted Living Manager for a 42-bed facility for residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

    Crishana Liggins, Director of Human Resources

    Crishana Liggins was raised in Washington, D.C., along with her 5 siblings. A proud mother of 3 amazing children, Crishana has been working in the DC Public School System for over 12 years, specifically with children with profound intellectual and physical disabilities. Crishana possesses a tremendous passion for children, particularly in early childhood to be in the best position to shape the minds of our future leaders.uement. When time is allotted outside of running her small business, she enjoys spending time with family and hosting in-person visual arts crafts and services to children.

    Kevin Pettit, Human Resources Coodinator

    Kevin began his education as an Educational Aid in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. His passion for education led him to the DMV area 4 years ago as he saw a tremendous opportunity to play a more effective role in educating student with exceptionalities. Kevin obtained his Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Cleveland State University. He also obtained his Master of Art degree in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education in June of 2021.

    Ellie Dorsey, Executive Assistant

    Ellie was raised in the DMV area and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She is currently working for an IT Government consulting firm in L'enfant Plaza. Ellie looks forward to providing all of her talents and resources to as an HR Coordinator.

    Maria Mercer, Executive Assistant

    Maria is a native of Washington with over 25 year in the education field, including 10 years as a First Grade teacher. She also served on the School Base Management Team, Comprehensive Special Education Intervention After School Coordinator (CSEP), America's Choice School Improvement Plan, Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS), Intern Acting Assistant Principal, Grade Level Chairperson, Discipline Dean and College Teacher Mentor. Maria holds an MSA in Education Administration and a BS in Elementary Education from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.

    Mimi Poku, TOEFL/TEFL Advisor

    Mimi Poku is a K-2nd Grade English Language Learner educator whose passion for "sheltered instruction" education believes that providing all learners with the same high-quality academically challenging content so it can reach both native English teachers and those learning English as a second language is critical. Her students build on background knowledge and connections that emphasizes the students' lives and increases comprehension, creates heterogeneous cooperative grouping and interaction among students to provide opportunities in the language they are learning, and an outlet for practice of newly learned knowledge in oral and literate formats while using the implementation of a social emotional learning program called Conscious Discipline. Mimi is completing her nineteenth year as an educator and began her education career as a Pre-school teacher in Gaithersburg, MD. She has also extended her skillset to provide professional development as a facilitator for teachers across DC Public Schools for English Language Learners (ELL) Summer Institute. Advocating for inclusion and language content for her students is a relatable issue that she strives to showcase for all ELLs. Mimi earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the American University of Paris, France and a Master's in Early Childhood Education.

    Wesley Guerrier, IT & Web Services Director

    Wesley Guerrier is a native of Brooklyn, NY. Majoring in Information Sytems Management, Wes has extensive IT experience as a Programmer, Systems Engineering and Database and IT consulting. His work experience includes PSE&G in Newark NJ, independent consulting in the DMV area (National Geographic, American Limousines, American Trucking Association), and Senior Systems Consultant for Sybase (Acquired by SAP).
